If you are here during Old Butler Days the second weekend in August, enjoy small town music, games, food, vendors and even a “train ride” (for the kiddies).

The Watauga Lake House Rental was built by the owner, Vikki Woods. This Lake House Rental is meant to be her retirement house once she decides to retire from innkeeping at the Iron Mountain Inn B&B also in Butler TN. So guests will find little touches not normally found in other cottage rentals, such as, a dumb waiter to take luggage and laundry upstairs; fully equipped kitchen a gourmet chef will enjoy; a two person jetted tub and a steam shower; a handicapped bedroom and bath on the first floor; and an open floor plan so everyone visiting can participate in the fun.

The Watauga Lake House Rental will sleep 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bath. There is an alcove at the end of the upstairs hall with a Queen bed which will use the first floor bathroom. Please no more than 8 guests.
